On 30 May, Nikhil Desai was invited to sit as an arbitrator in the semi-finals rounds of the 1st NCIA Regional Investment Arbitration Moot Competition. The regional moot competition attracting teams from Universities in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda and Rwanda. Congratulations to all the teams who participated in the moot competition and to the NCIA for successfully hosting this inaugural regional competition.
